A training on “The Omnichannel and Everyday Bank of the Future with Financial and Non-Financial Services and the 2.0 Retail Branch” was organized in collaboration with AAB in Tirana from June 5th to 7th. 17 employees from local banks attended, gaining a comprehensive introduction to digital and transformation frameworks.
