Introduction

This eLearning course provides an initial introduction to artificial intelligence in the workplace. It helps you understand the main challenges, uses, and rules that currently govern the use of AI in a professional context.

It offers an accessible and concise version of the programme “AI Driving Licence in Companies - Fundamentals”, which explores these topics in greater depth and enables learners to further develop best practices.

The pedagogical content is based on this comprehensive programme, developed in compliance with the requirements of the AI Act (2024). It has been submitted for review to the National Commission for Data Protection, whose recommendations have been incorporated into the final version.

The objective of this module is to provide you with the fundamentals, best practices, and essential rules for using artificial intelligence in a professional environment in compliance with European regulations.

In simple terms, it is about learning the “rules of the road” for AI: understanding how to use these tools efficiently, responsibly, and securely.

This has become an essential skill in a world where AI is becoming unavoidable… and now increasingly regulated.
