Description
Introduction
The PRIIPs Regulation requires product manufacturers to draw up, translate, monitor and review Key Information Documents (KIDs) when making their products available to retail investors within the EEA. Anyone selling or advising about the product is also in scope of certain regulatory requirements. Even though the PRIIPs Regulation has been applicable since 1 January 2018, recent amendments will require the market to adapt their current processes ahead of 1 January 2023 when the revised rules enter into force. This training will provide participants with an overview of these initial and ongoing obligations, provide an outline of the key sections and objectives of a KID, as well as educate about the changes that will enter into force on 1 January 2023.
