Successful completion of this specific accelerated training provides the participant with the professional qualifications for "the commercial activity of renting accommodation units which extends to ninety nights or more, accumulated over the course of a year" (law of 26 July 2023 regulating the activity of renting short-term accommodation units).

Any person interested in meeting the eligibility requirements for renting accommodations for a total of ninety or more overnight stays over the course of the year.

To be eligible to take the written exams, candidates must have attended at least 80 per cent of the total class hours for the entire program. Any absence, even if excused by a doctor’s note or a note from an employer, will still be recorded as an absence.

The exam questions will be provided in the language of instruction.

The course ends with a written test, the successful completion of which is attested by a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of the Economy. This certificate is valid indefinitely.
