This seminar offers a structured pause: see where adoption stands, worldwide, in Europe and in your own firm, audit the actual uses, classify them, and outline the steering system around them. AI adoption seminar with a compliance backbone:

• Where does AI adoption stand, and where do you stand? (innovation adoption curves, interactive survey)

• What are firms actually doing with it? (use cases around the world, sector examples)

• What makes an AI-native value proposition different? (why bolting AI on is not the same as building around it)

• What is really running in your team? (quick audit: uses and users)

• What does Europe require of you? (AI Act logic, obligations, timeline)

• What should you build on Monday? (steering system: charter, owner, literacy plan, review cycle)

Flipped format: three pre-readings and a self-assessment feed the opening. Then alternating brief inputs, live polls, peer spotlights and mini-workshops: tools vs. use cases, and inputs vs. outputs. Closing on individual 30-day commitments.

Before the session: reading of three short pre-readings and completion of a survey on the team's current AI use. On the day: a laptop or tablet with internet access, a personal account on a major LLM assistant of their choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar), and access to their email. Practical joining instructions are sent with the pre-readings.
