Objectives
By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
- Acquiring knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
- Aligning Six Sigma concepts with the company's objectives and mission
- Leading complex improvement projects
Programme
- Hypothesis Testing: Principles, t-tests, Proportions, Chi-square, ANOVA, ...
- Establishing Y=f(x) Relationships, Correlations, Simple Regressions, Introduction to Experimental Design
- Advance design of experiment
- Improve and control
Target audience
All learners (CNFPC/House of Training Green Belt certified) wishing to take charge of large-scale, complex improvement projects.
Prerequisites
Participants will need to have completed the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt training (CNFPC/House of Training).
Pedagogical method
Each session includes recaps, quizzes, practical applications, and outlooks for subsequent sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on a real tea production line.
Conditions
Course Material
The training material will be handed out at the beginning of the course.
Certificate
Participants will have access to a training certificate delivered by the House of Training and the CNFPC.
