Introduction

According to the World Economic Forum report “The Future of Jobs Report 2025”, employers expect 39% of core skills to change by 2030. This means that continuous learning, rapid adaptability and curiosity are becoming key competitive advantages for a successful career.

This first module on Growth Mindset lays the foundations of the program “Optimizing Your Potential – 5 key skills for your career”. It establishes the mindset that transforms challenges into learning opportunities and aligns daily practices with long-term goals (learning more effectively, making clearer decisions, building sustainable habits, adapting to change).

Did you know that your brain has the exceptional ability to reorganise itself throughout your life thanks to neuroplasticity? Through Growth Mindset theory, you will discover how to fully leverage this ability to develop your talents and strengthen your intelligence.

For more than 30 years, scientific research has shown that having a growth mindset has a positive impact on thoughts, actions and experiences, whether in personal, professional or sporting contexts.

This training therefore focuses on the development of a growth mindset and its concrete effects on:

  • The desire to learn

  • A willingness to take on challenges

  • Resilience in the face of setbacks

  • Viewing effort as a path to mastery

  • Learning from feedback and criticism

  • The ability to draw lessons and inspiration from the success of others

Objectives

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Actively adopt a growth mindset in both their professional and personal lives by developing new mental habits
  • Clearly identify how their mindset influences daily life, performance and relationships
  • Quickly recognise the signs of a fixed mindset or a false growth mindset, in themselves and others, and transform them effectively
  • Effectively overcome imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs using scientifically validated techniques
  • Immediately apply practical tools to strengthen resilience and unlock their full potential 

Teaching methods

Each module of the programme is based on an active, science-based and action-oriented pedagogical approach. Participants alternate between scientific theoretical input, interactive discussions, real-life case studies and high value-added practical exercises

Structure of Each Module

  •  Before the training

    •  30 minutes of mandatory learning content to be completed in advance (articles, videos, interviews, etc.)

  •  Day 1 (3 hours – face-to-face)

    •  Interactive presentations and discussions around key concepts

    •  Workshops, role-playing and practical exercises to facilitate tool adoption

    •  Experience sharing and co-construction of solutions adapted to each participant

  •  A few days later: follow-up virtual session (2 hours – online)

    •  Feedback on real-life experimentation

    •  Collective analysis of successes and challenges encountered

    •  Additional input and personalised advice to ensure long-term integration of new skills

Personal action plan:
Between the two sessions, participants are invited to apply the methods and tools in real-life situations, fostering experiential learning and long-term skill    acquisition.

Modul 1 – Growth Mindset Fundamentals

  • Understanding how mindset directly influences daily life and interactions

  • Discovering the two mindsets: Growth Mindset and Fixed Mindset

  • Identifying the specific situations in which you naturally adopt one mindset or the other

Modul 2 – Sustainably Adopting a Growth Mindset

  •  Identifying and avoiding the traps of a “false growth mindset  

  • Transforming automatic reactions into growth opportunities

  •  Clearly recognising the triggers of your fixed mindset

Modul 3 – Overcoming Limiting Beliefs and Imposter Syndrome
  • Understanding the psychological mechanisms behind imposter syndrome and negative beliefs

  • Developing practical techniques to overcome them using a growth mindset

  • Creating a positive inner dialogue to strengthen personal and professional confidence

Modul 4 – Developing Your Expertise Through a Growth Mindset

  •  Mastering the principles of deliberate practice to accelerate learning

  •  Integrating the theory of passion and perseverance (grit) to sustain long-term commitment

  •  Developing a concrete and realistic personal action plan to build personal and professional expertise

Certificate
