Optimising Your Potential - 5 Key Skills for Your Career

Personal Development

Description

Introduction

In a world where technology, uncertainty, complexity and change have become the norm, behavioural skills – or soft skills – are now a key driver of success.

According to the World Economic Forum report “The Future of Jobs Report 2025”, the most sought-after skills in the coming years will include analytical thinking, resilience, agility, critical thinking, continuous learning, self-awareness and positive influence.

Optimising Your Potential is an innovative programme based on cognitive and behavioural sciences, positive psychology and neuroscience. It consists of five complementary and independent modules, each focusing on a key professional skill aligned with the expectations of tomorrow’s labour market.

Through practical tools, scientifically validated methods and practical exercises between sessions, you will learn how to strengthen your mindset and adaptability, improve the way you learn, make clearer decisions, build sustainable habits, cultivate well-being and gratitude, and develop genuine resilience in the face of change.

Each module combines theory and practice: you will leave with concrete exercises to apply in your daily life, helping you to sustainably transform the way you think, act and grow.

Objectives

At the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

  • Develop a growth mindset to overcome obstacles, learn from failure and strengthen their potential on a daily basis.
  • Master effective learning strategies validated by neuroscience in order to learn faster, more efficiently and sustainably.
  • Identify and limit the impact of cognitive biases to make clearer, more critical and more rational decisions in both professional and personal contexts.
  • Build sustainable habits using behavioural psychology to improve performance and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Strengthen personal resilience and apply the psychology of change to adapt calmly to uncertainty and turn change into an opportunity.
Teaching Methods

Each module of the programme is based on an active, science-based and action-oriented pedagogical approach. Participants alternate between scientific theoretical input, interactive discussions, real-life case studies and high value-added practical exercises.
