Introduction

The “Knowing how to persuade and influence” training course is designed for anyone who wants to learn argumentation techniques to convince and persuade others face-to-face, on the phone, and in groups. You will learn how to improve your power of influence, select the most effective persuasion techniques for your context, manage objections positively, and influence with integrity in order to convey your messages with conviction, strengthen your impact, and use the tools of engaging and influential communication.

  • Conducting a sales meeting from start to finish

  • Integrating essential sales techniques 

  • Defining and implementing a negotiation strategy

  • Maintaining relationships in sensitive situations

  • Analyzing the concerns of your interlocutors and clarifying objectives

  • The five fundamental pillars of engaging, influential, and productive communication

  • Deciphering the nonverbal language of your interlocutors

  • Influence activators

  • The role of leadership in your exchanges

  • Argumentation techniques and when to use them

  • The art of proposing options and alternatives – Thinking outside the box

  • Disarming resistance and raising objections

  • Identifying and thwarting “shortcuts,” manipulation, and traps

  • Knowing how to communicate with difficult people

  • Managing your emotions and those of your interlocutors


     

Target audience

People moving into a sales role or wishing to consolidate their sales skills and obtain a certification.

Certificate

At the end of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of attendance delivered by the House of Training.
